How To Log In To Your Iberiabank
Computer Log In
In order to log in, first go to the Iberiabank homepage. The login box is located on the left side of the page. Once you click on that, follow the steps provided below:
- Click “Online Banking” from the menu
- Enter your username
- Click the “GO” button
- You’ll be brought to a new page, where you will then enter your password
- Click “Sign in”
Mobile Log In
Iberiabank has a Mobile app that is available for Apple and Android users. In order to access the app you will need to be enrolled in online banking to use the app.
How To Reset Your Password
Iberiabank does not have a “Forgot User ID?” link on its homepage. However, they have a “Forgot Password” link, which can be found in the login box on the homepage.
Once you click “Forgot Password,” you will be taken to an account recovery page, from here you will enter your Social Security number and account number to verify your identity.
How To View Your Statement Info
In order to view your Iberiabank statement online you must do the following:
- Log in to your account
- Select the account
- Click the “Documents” tab
