How To Log In To Your Account
There are a few steps to log in to your Navy Federal account from a computer:
- Go to the Navy Federal digital banking login page
- Enter your username
- Enter your password
- Click the “Sign In” button
If you don’t have a username and password, you’ll have to enroll in digital banking first. Navy Federal asks for personal information to get login credentials. In order to sign up read the following steps:
- Go to the Navy Federal digital banking enrollment page
- Enter your last name
- Enter your date of birth
- Provide your Social Security number
- Click the “Continue” button
How To Log In To Your Account
If you’ve forgotten your username or password, you recover the account by providing your personal information. Follow these steps to get started:
- Navigate to the account recovery page
- Select the type of card or account you have from the drop-down menu
- Enter your card or account number
- Enter your date of birth
- Provide your Social Security number
- Click the “Continue” button
How To View Your Account Information
Navy Federal provides up to 36 months of online statements to its members. To access them, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account with your username and password
- Go to “Account Access”
- Click on “My Settings”
- Select the “Statement Delivery”
