I was thrilled when I found your website, as I am in a dispute with FNCB in Plains Township, PA. My husband and I went to this branch on October 5, 2020, with the giant postcard in hand that we had received in the mail, describing the $300 bonus for opening a checking account. We opened an account, used the debit card 19 times in the first 60 days, and arranged for a direct deposit of $675.00 to be deposited every month on the 20th of the month. Deposits totaling $1350.00 were made in the first 60 days. We waited patiently for our bonuses to show up and had to call the branch to see what was the hold-up. The bank rep said we did not fulfill the terms of the offer, but they had never returned to us the postcard which we brought in and now had nothing to prove what terms were offered. I made a copy of the offer and will bring it into the branch for proof. Thank you for providing this important piece of evidence. If you possess the actual postcard and can send a photo of the front and back to my email, I would be so grateful, although I think what I have copied from your website should be proof enough.
