How to Earn your $200 Bonus
- You will receive a $200 bonus when you open a new personal checking account, enroll in eStatements, complete 20 or more debit card purchases, and have one or more ACH credits (e.g. Direct Deposit) totaling $500 or more that all post to the new account on or before 8/31/19.
- Basic Checking: The $5.50 bonus can be reduced to $2.50 if you are under 22 years old or waived if you maintain an account balance of $500.
- Smart Choice Checking: There is a $7.50 monthly service fee.
- Preferred Checking: The $10 monthly service fee is waived if you maintain an account balance of $5,000.

First State Bank & Trust is offering a relatively high $200 checking bonus that you can pair with a wide variety of accounts. While the requirements are justifiably difficult for a large incentive it is definitely worthwhile if you are eligible.
I would recommend you compare First State Bank & Trust promotions to those of Chase Bank Bonuses and Wells Fargo Bank Bonuses as they are typically more popular and available nationwide. If you saw an offer you liked, I recommend you act soon before the promotion ends!
