Types Of Current Mobile Bank Accounts
Current offers 3 types of accounts: Basic, Premium and Teen. None of the accounts require a minimum balance to open or maintain, nor do they charge overdraft or other hidden fees.

Faster Direct Deposit Funding
Direct deposit can be credited to your Current account up to two days faster than other banks. That means if you normally get your paycheck deposited on Friday, you’ll see your money by Wednesday.
Gas Hold Instant Refunds
Gas stations often place a hold for a certain amount of money when you purchase gas with your card. Depending on where you go, you can be eligible to hold upwards of $100 or more. If you use your Current Premium debit card to pay, you can get an immediate refund for this hold.
Parent Controls
Current offers Teen accounts that lets parents control the account. Your kids can open their own account and debit card, but their parents can set spending limits, block certain purchases, receive notifications about spending behavior, and schedule an allowance.
Savings Pods
These savings pods can help you stockpile money for a certain expense or for general savings. Simply give the Pod a name, then decide how you’d like to fund it. You can manually, automatically, or round up new funds monthly. You can also provide the excess in your Savings Pod.
Current Visa Debit Card
Using a Current Visa debit card, you can withdraw cash for free at 55,000 participating ATMs, and you will also receive instant spending notifications. If you travel internationally, there’s a $3 fee to use an international ATM, and a 3% foreign transaction fee.
