Thanks for being a reader. If you open the account, you will earn the minimum rate of 2.25% APY is guaranteed thru June 30, 2019. Withdrawals will not affect your rate UNLESS if your withdrawal causes your balance to dip below $25K. Balances below $25,000 earn no interest. However, do keep in mind that you are limited to 6 withdrawals per statement cycle.
Your landing page says the rate of 2.25 APY is guaranteed until 12/30/2019 which is it?
