Mirastar Federal Credit Union Promotions Review

Eligibility: Membership in Mirastar Federal Credit Union is open to the followings:

  • You’re an active or retired employee of Santa Clara County.
  • You’re an active or retired employee of one of our corporate partners, or a volunteer.
  • You’re employed as a healthcare worker.
  • You’re a student, faculty, or staff member employed in Santa Clara County.
  • Other ways to join: If you do not qualify for membership as an employee of a Select Employer Group (SEG) or have an immediate family member that can sponsor you, you can choose to join Mirastar by becoming a member of the American Consumer Council – we’ll even cover the cost of your membership. Established in 1987, the American Consumer Council (ACC) is dedicated to consumer education, advocacy, and financial literacy.

  • What you’ll get: $100 bonus for both parties
  • Where it’s available: Nationwide (Bank Locator)
  • Credit Inquiry: Soft Pull or Hard Pull?
  • Credit Card Funding: Unknown
  • How to earn it:
    • To qualify for the $100 referral offer, the referred member must establish a qualifying account with Mirastar which consists of a Share Savings Account with at least a $1 deposit and a Checking Account.
    • The referred member must also establish a direct deposit and have received $500 in direct deposits within the first 60 days of establishing their membership and enroll in digital banking for both referring and referred members to receive the $100 referral offer.
    • The $100 referral offer will be deposited into the qualifying referring and referred member’s Mirastar account within 90 days after the referred member establishes a qualifying account and meets all requirements.
