The JAL USA Credit Card is not a great bonus because firstly it is targeted, additionally it is not that many bonus miles especially for the amount you are spending to get them. If you are a Japan Airlines Loyalty member or regularly travel to Japan, I would consider this bonus, but otherwise I would not.
