How to Avoid Monthly Fee

• e-ssentials Checking: A monthly maintenance fee will be charged on every statement date in accordance with the following: with direct deposit AND e-statement – $0, with direct deposit OR e-statement – $3, no direct deposit or e-statement – $8. For each check over 15 processed monthly, there will be a per check charge of $.50.
• Optimum Checking: A monthly maintenance fee of $21.50 will be imposed on every statement date if the following balance requirements are not met. A minimum outstanding Freddie Mac Mortgage balance of $150,000, or a minimum combined balance in CNB accounts for the statement period of $20,000. The combined balance for the Optimum account is the average daily balance in checking, savings, money market, certificates of deposit, and Basic Business Checking; and the outstanding balance for auto loans, CNB in-house mortgage loans, personal loans, home equity loans or lines of credit, a Wealth Management, or a Canandaigua National Trust of Florida, or other eligible investment account relationship.
