How To Waive Monthly Service Fee

The Premier Checking account has a $35 monthly service fee. The fee can be avoided each period with $250,000 or more in statement-ending balances in qualifying linked accounts.

Fine Print

• To be eligible: Offer is for customers who are opening a new Wells Fargo Premier Checking account or upgrading an existing consumer checking account to a Premier Checking account. Only the primary owner of the upgraded or new checking account is eligible for this offer. The primary account owner is the owner whose Taxpayer Identification Number, such as a Social Security Number, is assigned to the account and has tax responsibility. Offer is not available to customers that received a Premier Checking bonus within the past 12 months, are Wells Fargo employees, or are non-resident aliens or foreign entities signing any version of IRS Form W-8. Only one Premier Checking bonus may be applied per upgraded account or new Premier Checking account.
• To receive the $2,000 bonus: You must use your bonus offer code when upgrading or opening a new Premier Checking account, which is subject to approval, by January 14, 2026 AND bring $250,000 or more in new deposits to qualifying linked accounts by Day 45 and maintain at least a $250,000 balance through Day 90 after account upgrade or opening. Qualifying linked accounts include (a) consumer bank deposit account balances (checking, savings, time accounts (CDs), FDIC-insured IRAs) and (b) investment account balances (investments available through our affiliate Wells Fargo Advisors). Excludes applicable Wells Fargo bank fiduciary, custody accounts, and annuities.
