Author’s Verdict
Here, the PenFed Pathfinder Rewards American Express Card offers you 25,000 bonus points after spending a required amount. That’s equivalent to up to $250 worth towards your next flight. Even though 25,000 points might not sound like much, it’s a pretty good deal for a credit card that has no annual fee and rewards you with high rewards.
When talking about rewards being able to get 3X the points for your airfare purchases is great. However, the card falls short on offering more categories to earn points in. Being that it is a travel rewards card, PenFed should have included rewards for dining too to help customers get more out of their credit cards during their travels. But all in all, this is card should definitely be looked into!
