Author’s Verdict
Anytime you use your card to purchase a vacation package from Allegiant with four or more hotel nights or seven or more rental card days on the same itinerary, you will be eligible for the ‘buy one, get one free airfare’ feature. This can be of value for those fly Allegiant frequently with a companion.
But even so, Allegiant Air flights are already considerably cheap to be begin with, and all your travel purchases must be made through myAllegiant Member Services too (which unfortunately won’t allow you to compare rates).
Additionally, there is a transaction fee and an annual fee that aren’t worth the categories and rewards it has to offer as a travel card. With so many other co-branded cards out there that offer higher sign-up bonuses, better benefits, as well as additional redemption options, this card offer can be seen as a poor deal. So realistically, you can earn more points with other cards through other programs.
