Huntington Bank Ranks Highest In J.D. Power U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study For 5th Consecutive Year

Customers again rank Huntington highest for overall satisfaction in the North Central Region, and for the first time, highest in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Huntington Bank has claimed the top ranking for overall customer satisfaction in the 2017 J.D. Power U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study^SM as highest ranked in both the North Central and Mid-Atlantic regions. Huntington customers reported greater overall satisfaction over any other bank customers surveyed within the states of Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and New York, and the District of Columbia.
